1. SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. During periods of elevated order volume, processing may require additional time. In the event of a significant delay, you will be notified promptly via the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($11.99): Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
- Free Shipping (Orders $250+): Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping ($19.99): Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.
Order Tracking A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be issued once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of fulfillment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Ethos Research Labs assumes no liability for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the purchaser will be responsible for all applicable re-shipping costs.
2. ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION
Ethos Research Labs has partnered with Route to offer premium package protection for all research material shipments.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Route insures your order against carrier loss and theft in transit.
- Damaged in Transit: Route provides prompt replacement coverage for products damaged or destroyed during delivery.
- Opting Out: If you choose to remove Route protection at checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Ethos Research Labs bears no responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
3. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
All Sales Are Final Due to the research-grade nature of our products and strict chain-of-custody standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy ensures that every product delivered to you has been handled exclusively by Ethos Research Labs personnel.
Damaged or Broken Items If your order arrives in a damaged condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or Route claim, the following steps are required:
- Do not discard the damaged product, vials, or any original packaging materials.
- Photograph the damaged items and the exterior of the shipping box clearly.
- Submit your documentation to ethos@ethosresearchlabs.com within the 48-hour window.
Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Incorrect or Missing Items If you received an incorrect or incomplete order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the items received alongside your packing slip. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages If your tracking information shows no movement for 7 or more consecutive business days, please contact our support team for assistance. Please note that Ethos Research Labs is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Route shipping protection is strongly recommended to cover such instances.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been fulfilled or assigned a tracking number. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered shipped and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. Ethos Research Labs reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion prior to shipment.
